Among the herbs and aromatic plants grown here, many are distilled on-site into natural essential oils, making the land itself part of the fragrance and wellbeing you take home. Water-wise systems such as swales and ponds bring life back to the soil and provide habitat for amphibians and birds, while hedgerows and nesting boxes create shelter for owls, bats and hedgehogs. Guests are invited to join seasonal workshops that range from seed-saving and natural building to the art of distillation, all while enjoying the slow rhythms of wide skies, starlit nights and the scent of herbs carried on the breeze.
