Regenerative Community Farmstay

Mesochori, Greece

Life at the cottages is woven into the daily rhythm of a working permaculture farm. Guests stay in bright, individually styled cabins with private terraces, kitchens, and views across olive groves and gardens. Fresh produce, olive oil, and herbs are grown on-site, shaping seasonal meals and cooking workshops that celebrate Mediterranean flavors. The farm also offers guided tours, hands-on experiences in regenerative farming, and the chance to simply relax under the trees or by the outdoor communal spaces. It’s a stay that balances comfort with connection—where the landscape, food, and people make you feel part of something alive.

Since its founding in 2018, this Southern Greek NGO‑run permaculture eco-village has been weaving together ecological repair, skill-sharing, and community. On olive-scented land, they build living soil with mulch, compost, and no-till gardens, growing vegetables, olive oil, and local recipes to fuel connection. With a core group of permanent residents and a rotating cast of international volunteers, the project is rooted in learning and co-creation—offering workshops, community membership, and active guest options—as it models a sustainable, autonomous, and regenerative way of life.
